Grassmere Historic Gardens is hosting its first Earn & Learn event for interns of the season on Saturday, March 11. Come on out and start earning volunteer credits towards your certification! The event will focus on seed starting and sign making, but there will be plenty of other projects to do for those who would like get their hands even dirtier.

When? Saturday, March 11, 9 am - 12 pm; please arrive a few minutes before 9 am.

Where? Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. Gather in the lobby of the Croft Center. The Croft center is an administrative building to the left of the main entrance of the zoo. A walking path, flanked by two white lions, leads from the parking lot to the building. Andrea will meet you in the lobby from where we will walk over to the gardens together.

Where do I park? You can park anywhere in the visitor parking lot (you can leave without paying if you show your intern badge).

What else? Wear your intern badge, comfortable clothing, and bring a pair of gloves.

What if I can't find it? What if I'm running late? Call or text Andrea at her cell phone:(706)255-9945

For more information, email grassmere@mgofdc.org or call Andrea. We hope to see you!
