Katie Quine from Slow Food Middle Tennessee

Katie Quine is the chair of Slow Food Middle Tennessee, a regional chapter of a national nonprofit that abides by the philosophy of "good, clean, and fair food for all." 

Topic title: Slow Food: Where Joy and Justice Meet 

Abstract: Combining joy with justice is a cornerstone of the Slow Food movement. When we rediscover what we love about the food we grow, make, and eat, we can change the world.
